The students will be working at various stations working on upper body strength, core training, cardiovascular endurance, and stretching exercises. The stations are designed to help the students prepare for the fitness test. No one is expected to become super buff, but they are supposed to try their best.
Fitness Test.......The real reason again for doing a fitness boot camp is to prepare for the fitness test.
Last year our outgoing 8th Graders and current 7th Graders were amazing!
We had 78% of all 8th Grade Boys and 72% of 8th Grade Girls pass the all four tests
69% of all 6th Grade Boys and 79% of 6th Grade Girls passed all four tests.
My goal this year was to CRUSH those numbers!
